Mindfulness

It goes without saying that starting any habit can be challenging at first. Mindfulness and meditation are no exceptions. Having an experienced guide who can teach us the basics, hold us accountable for our practice, and offer guidance and support when we encounter difficulties can be tremendously helpful.  You may have even started but somehow thought you were doing something wrong. Maybe you just know you need to do something to reduce your stress and be more present. I got you!

I help facilitate changes in organizational spaces through different tools, and facilitation techniques, gauging where teams are, and mapping out a clear journey to self-organization.
